Denominator
The total budget allocation during the previous budget cycle for groups of children most impacted by inequality and discrimination
Measuring this indicator requires looking at Government Budget Documents (Official budget reports, documents, or publications released by the government that provide detailed information on budget allocation).
To measure this indicator, divide the difference in the budget allocated for children impacted by inequality and discrimination during the current budget cycle compared to the allocation in the previous budget cycle by the total budget allocation for those children during the previous budget cycle. Multiply the result by 100 to convert it to a percentage.
