This indicator measures the percentage of Accelerated Education teachers meeting minimum standard for effective teaching practice. Standards may be defined in the project with reference to national standards as far as possible.

Worked example: 8 AE teachers meeting minimum teaching competence standards / 10 total teachers in the project x 100 = 80% of teachers meeting minimum standard for effective AE teacher competence.
