Definition
This indicator measures the percentage of children and civil society actors who report improved access to decision-making processes. It assesses whether civil society actors perceive that their voices are meaningfully included in planning and decision-making by the government or other stakeholders in relation to equitable access to high-quality services that are free from discriminatory barriers.
This indicator is tailored to children and adult civil society actors, and data is gathered at the individual level, excluding assessments of organizational capacity.
The purpose of this indicator is to evaluate the extent to which children and civil society actors perceive improvements in their access to decision-making processes and the inclusion of their voices in planning and decision-making activities on equitable access to high-quality services that are free from discriminatory barriers. It aims to measure the effectiveness of SC and/or partners' efforts in promoting children and civil society actors' participation and ensuring their perspectives are considered in decision-making on equitable access to high-quality services that are free from discriminatory barriers.
