This indicator looks at percentage of children who have been able to obtain the documents they need for accessing and using services (e.g. identity documents, birth registration certificates; disaggregated by migration status, slum residence status, disability, gender, etc).

This indicator helps us understand to what extent our support to children to access necessary documentation is effective and leads to intended impact. It can be at a minimum birth registration certificates but also identity cards, disability cards or categorization, etc.
