This indicator measures the total number of unique individuals—such as service providers (e.g., facilitators, case workers) and community actors (e.g., volunteers, community leaders)—who received capacity building support directly from SC and/or partners during the reporting period. Capacity building support can include training, mentorship, coaching, technical assistance, or any other skills and knowledge enhancement relevant to the individual’s role in project implementation.
Calculation: This indicator is a count of child protection professionals and paraprofessionals who completed training sessions supported by Save the Children.
Data Collection Method/Tool: Routine monitoring through attendance sheets, training session records, mentorship/coaching logs, and supervision reports.
Data Source: Program activity reports, training and coaching registers, mentorship records, and monitoring data.
Who Collects: Save the Children and implementing partner staff, including project officers, technical advisors, and MEAL officers.
From Whom: Trainers, supervisors, and project staff leading capacity building activities.
Frequency of Collection: Data will be collected during each capacity-building activity and compiled on a monthly or quarterly basis, in line with project reporting cycles.
