| Numerator | Number of children aged 8-13 who had NOT achieved the nemeracy level for the last grade of lower primary at the time of enrollment into the Catch-Up club who then achieve 70% in double-digit addition and subtraction within 20 (where the sum or minuend does not surpass 20). |
| Denominator | Number of children aged 8-13 who had NOT achieved the numeracy level for the last grade of lower primary at the time of enrollment into the Catch-Up club who participated in the assessment. Recommended Means of Verification
Measuring this indicator requires using the Catch-up Clubs numeracy assessment. To measure this indicator, divide the number of children who achieve 70% in double-digit addition and subtraction by the number of children who participated in the assessment. Multiply the result by 100 to convert it to a percentage.
