Definition

This indicator measures the total number of unique individuals — e.g., teachers, ECCD facilitators, other learning facilitators —who received capacity building support directly from SC and/or partners during the reporting period. Capacity building support can include training, mentorship, coaching, learning circles, technical assistance, or any other skills and knowledge enhancement relevant to the individual’s role in promoting learning.

Recommended Means of Verification

Calculation: The indicator is the count of unique individuals who received any form of capacity-building support during the reporting period.

Data Collection Method/Tool: Routine monitoring through attendance sheets, training session records, mentorship/coaching logs, and supervision reports.
Data Source: Program activity reports, training and coaching registers, mentorship records, and monitoring data
Who Collects: Save the Children and implementing partner staff, including project officers, technical advisors, and MEAL officers.
From Whom: Trainers, supervisors, and project staff leading capacity building activities.
Frequency of Collection: Data will be collected at the end of each training or support session.
