| Definition | This indicator measures the proportion of children enrolled in a program who complete the grade, level, or program,m including ECCD. |

| Numerator | Number of children who complete the grade, level, or program. For the ECCD centre, the relevant duration is a year, but in some cases it may be defined by the project. For Emergent Literacy and Math at Home and Building Brains, count the number of children whose caregiver has attended 50% of sessions. |
| Denominator | Number of children who were enrolled or listed as participants at the start of the program, grade, or year as defined by the project. |
