Definition

This indicator captures the total number of unique adolescents and youth  who have either;
- Participated in training programs on transferable life skills (e.g., communication, decision-making, financial literacy, teamwork, problem-solving), or
- Engaged in employment, apprenticeships, or internships supported by Save the Children or implementing partners, during the reporting period.  

Recommended Means of Verification

Calculation: This indicator is a count of adolescents and youth who completed life skills training or were placed in employment, apprenticeships, or internships.

Data Collection Method/Tool: Routine monitoring, training attendance sheets, employment/apprenticeship placement tracking forms.
Data Source: Attendance sheets, Program activity reports, training registers, employment or internship placement records.
Who Collects: Save the Children and implementing partner staff
From Whom: Trainers, employers, youth participants
Frequency of Collection: At the end of each training or placement cycle
