Definition

Definition

This indicator looks at the percentage of children supported by SC and/or partners reporting improved satisfaction with access to and use of public services. It should be disaggregated by groups of children impacted by inequality and discrimination, in order to assess equity of access across those groups.

This indicator helps us understand the extent to which children supported by SC are actually satisfied with their experience accessing and using services. Services include those, for example. Health, learning, family support, protection, social protection, etc.

It is critical that this indicator be disaggregated for age, disability, gender, migration status, slum residence status, etc., to understand how satisfaction levels differ across different groups.
